SEO Analyst
Job Location: Chennai (Madras)
Job Description: Link building
Content development for purposes of link acquisition
Optimize pages for search engines, change content on pages, promote page/keyword ranking, strive to lower customer acquisition costs manually and/or with management tools
Call link acquisition targets such as schools w/ high ROI content opportunities such as scholarships
Research latest trends and stay up to date with the internet marketing industry
Write SEO web content
Create and improve internal SEO best practices
Reporting: rankings reports, keyword reports, link reports, etc
Functional Area: Advertising/Event Management/Media/PR
Candidate Requirement
1-2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strengths in keyword research, content creation, link building, and title/meta tag creation for SEO Strategy
Willing to learn of how to obtain high organic search listings
Strong Writing Skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel data modeling including use of pivot tables and Power Point
Must have strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools
Highly proficient in HTML, PHP, MYSQL, CSS, Javascript.
Experience: 1 - 4.5 Years
Qualification: MBA, MBA(Marketing)
Preferred Resume Format: MS-Word
