• Contract drafting and vetting
• OFT publications - Review and summary
• Due diligence for vendors
• Contract Management (ongoing)
• Repository maintenance
• Follow up on the implementation of requirements that are sent to teams
• Mail tracking
• Legal team task tracking, etc


Required Skills:

• Qualification: LLM/LLB or Law degree from top law schools
• Experience : 2+ year
• Should be familiar with UK/US Laws
• Knowledge on contract management and administration skills
• Skills on legal project prioritization with time management
• Experience in research and in handling US/UK clients
• Effective communication and strong summarization skills
• Strong document/agreement writing skills
• Strong online legal research skills required for international legal projects
• Regulatory experience is a plus
